In case of any product dissatisfaction, contact us within 30 days from the order date. Minor measurement adjustments for product rectification would be accepted with the basic service charge fees applied. If product rectification is not possible or incorrect measurement details were shared, Kosaa will offer 30% off for reordering.

Warranty Coverage

There is a limited lifetime warranty on the product against manufacturing defects, during the warranty period of the product. We can repair or replace a defective product for the original purchaser. Warranty will not be covered if defect is due to misuse, accidents, unforeseen natural phenomenon (e.g. Rain), wear and tear like loss of color due exposure to sunlight, smoke, from pets or other animals. Damage from removal of the product or reinstallation in the same or any other window or application is also not covered under the warranty.


If Warranty service is ever needed, please contact Customer Service or email at and we will arrange for warranty repair or replacement as quickly as possible. While shipping the product back, please include a copy of the order receipt to verify the original date of purchase.


Cancellations within 24 hours of order receipt are accepted. However, custom order items are non-refundable as the production starts as soon as the order is placed. If there is a cancellation of non-custom orders, we will refund the whole amount minus 5% bank and admin charge.
