Custom drapery is tailor-made to the décor and dimensions of a window. In addition, customization ensures that the drapery is the perfect length and fullness.
How and where is the drapery made?
Our drapery is handmade with the utmost care at our workroom in Vancouver, Canada.
Do you sell drapery hardware?
Yes, we sell different types of drapery hardware; Channeled hardware, motorized hardware, rods, and rings.

Payment, Delivery & Returns
What are your return and exchange policies?
In case of any product dissatisfaction, contact us within 30 days from the order date. Minor measurement adjustments for product rectification would be accepted with the basic service fees applied. Although, product rectification is not possible or incorrect measurement details were shared, Kosaa will offer 30% off for reordering.
How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?
For expedited shipping, we offer the following shipping methods: 2 Day Air (15% or $170 minimum), Next Day Air (25% or $280 minimum). The estimated lead time for drapery and cushions is 4-6 weeks and 2-3 weeks respectively. In addition, tracking information will be provided as soon as an item is shipped. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations within 24 hours of order receipt are accepted. However, custom order items are non-refundable as the production starts as soon as the order is placed. If there is a cancellation of non-custom orders, we will refund the whole amount minus 5% bank and admin charge.
How do I get charged for custom furniture?
You will have to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit of your custom furniture order and the other 50% will be charged when the order is shipped.

How do I become a Kosaa Interior Designer?
Interior Designers or Architects with a registered business are eligible to be trade partners with us. Once your application is approved, you will unlock the Designer’s Space and the sign-up kit to enjoy exclusive trade prices.
How much does one pay to be a Kosaa trade partner?
Be a Kosaa Interior Designer for $150 per annum.
How much discount do I receive as a Kosaa trade partner?
Kosaa members can avail 20% exclusive discount on all products sitewide.
Do I get prioritized delivery as Kosaa trade partner?
Yes, Kosaa trade partners deliveries’ will be prioritized to ensure faster lead times.
How can I grow my business through Kosaa?
Interior designers can build a profile on Kosaa’s Designer Space with the option to showcase their work projects and give online consultations to all Kosaa customers.
How to access the virtual incubator?
Once you are a Kosaa Interior Designer, you will have access to the Incubator from the main navigation menu. Under this section, you will find your existing listing, if you have already created one, or an option to create a feature profile and showcase your work to our customers. In addition, you will be able to create/edit your profile with your bio and other information. Lastly, this section will give you access to any Feature Profile Plans that you have purchased and their details.
